Do I need to book?

Are dogs allowed?

No, unfortunately dogs and other pets are not allowed (except guide dogs).

Is the venue all outdoors?

No. The picking patch and maze are outside but we also have plenty of pumpkins and loads of photo opportunities in the barn.

I have booked but can no longer make it. Can I have a refund?

Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds. If you would like to change the date / time of your visit please cancel your booking and you will receive a voucher to redeem against another booking of the same price.

I am running late, can I still come?

Yes. To help us manage parking availability please try to arrive during the 30 minute window that you have booked. Don't worry if you are late though, these things happen, we will not turn you away.

Do I need wellies?

Sensible footwear/clothing advised, particularly if it's been raining as the field and maze can become slippy.
