Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds. If you would like to change the date / time of your visit please cancel your booking and you will receive a voucher to redeem against another booking of the same price.

Tickets should be booked for your chosen arrival window.

Sensible footwear and clothing advised.

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

No climbing on the maze walls.

No smoking or consuming alcohol anywhere on site.

The pumpkins will be pre-cut from the vines by us, strictly no knives, secateurs or blades on site.

Please drive slowly on site and park sensibly allowing room for others.

Pumpkins can be heavy and should only be picked up by adults. Lift them carefully or ask a member of our team to help you.

No wheelbarrows in the maze.

The site is part of a working farm, please take care, allow farm machinery to pass and do not touch any farming equipment.

Anyone caught damaging pumpkins or scene props will be asked to leave.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings.
